Child Care South Subsidy

To apply for subsidized child care through Alabama's ARISE system in Mobile, you'll use the ARISE Family Portal (al-arise-publicaccess.citigovcloud.com) to complete your application, which is managed by the Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR). After registering on the portal and submitting your application, DHR will review it for eligibility, and if approved, you'll use the Arise CARE app for check-in/out with your chosen provider. 

Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Access the Portal: Go to the ARISE Family Portal at al-arise-publicaccess.citigovcloud.com/Account/FamilyLogin.
2. Register: Create an account on the portal and activate it via the email link sent to you.
3. Complete Application: Use the "My Applications" module to fill out the child care subsidy application, providing household, income, education, and employment details.
4. Submit & Await Review: Submit the application; a case manager will contact you for required documents.
5. Approval & Provider: Once approved, DHR links you with a participating provider.
   
6. Use the Arise CARE App: Download the Arise CARE app (Apple App Store for daily check-in/out at your provider by scanning QR codes.
